A Money Order facility is available for Australian customers in Australian Dollars.

The utmost care and attention is given
to all of our Opals On Black products, in the quality and meticulous
choosing of our Opal Gems, as well as the manufacture of our products.
We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on the workmanship of our
products under the following conditions:-
- Returns will only be accepted under our Lifetime Guarantee if it is deemed by us that a manufacturing defect has occurred. (Accidental or intentional damage will not be covered by us.)
The utmost care is taken in the accuracy of
descriptions, photos & videos on our items, but if you are not
100% happy with your purchase when received, we offer a RETURN POLICY.
We have a 14 day Return Policy Notification on all Purchases, commencing from date of order.

- Returns must be despatched within 7 days after notification to us
- The item must be carefully and securely packaged when sent back to us.
- Return postage costs will be covered by the customer
- Any unforeseen costs incurred on the return of the purchase will be deducted from any refund.
- All refunds will be credited in original Australian Dollars.
- Any return coming from International Buyers will be returned by the same postage method as sent i.e. by Registered Airmail or Fully Insured Airmail.
